Working Environment and Conditions

  1. Ambient Temperature: No more than +40℃ No less than -25℃, 
  2. The monthly average temperature is no more than +30℃, 
  3. The yearly average temperature is no more than +20℃

  5. The power supply voltage's wave is similar to a sine wave.

Product characteristic

  1. The iron core is fabricated from high-quality silicon steel sheets, known for their excellent magnetic conductivity and minimal no-load loss.
  2. The high-voltage winding is designed in a layered structure, while the low-voltage winding for plate numbers up to 500KVA follows a layered configuration; products of 630kVA and higher utilize a new spiral-type winding. 
  3. This design provides strong mechanical strength, balanced ampere turn distribution, and improved resistance to short circuits.
  4. To prevent displacement during transportation, a positioning structure is integrated into the body, and all fasteners are equipped with securing nuts to ensure long-term operational stability.
  5. This product is enclosed within a fully sealed structure. During packaging, a vacuum oil filling process is employed to eliminate moisture, isolate the transformer oil from external air, prevent oil aging, and enhance operational reliability. 
  6. The product is equipped with a pressure relief valve, signal thermometer, gas relay, and other features to ensure safe operation. 
  7. The adoption of a corrugated oil tank offers advantages such as simple processing, high mechanical strength, effective welding, and leak prevention. Furthermore, the oil's high fluidity improves the product's heat dissipation capacity.
