The high-voltage winding is surrounded by glass fiber felt and is filled with epoxy resin without any filler in a vacuum state. This results in a solid structure with high mechanical strength, minimal partial discharge, and reliable performance.
This transformer is designed to be flame retardant, explosion-proof, and environment-friendly, with no risk of environmental pollution. It can be conveniently installed in a load center. The core material is composed of premium cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets in a fully inclined seam laminated structure.
Thanks to a special treatment process, the coil does not absorb moisture, allowing the transformer to operate effectively in high relative humidity and other challenging environments without the need for dehumidification treatment. Furthermore, it offers high resistance to short circuits, lightning impulses, and overloads.
