MV soft starter

MV soft starter is designed for both squirrel-cage asynchronous and synchronous motors. They integrate motor terminal control functions such as starter, protection, display, and data collection into one piece of equipment. By using fewer components, it allows for more complex control capabilities. The soft starter regulates the input voltage by adjusting the conduction angle of control elements, reducing the electrical and mechanical stress on the power grid, motor, and equipment. Once the motor reaches its rated speed, the bypass contactor automatically activates. The soft starter continually monitors the motor post-startup and provides various fault protection features.
