All use the hot-dip galvanizing process anticorrosion treatment; hot-dip galvanizing can not guarantee the required rotation of the parts are generally made of stainless steel, fasteners M8 below stainless steel, and the rest are made of hot-dip galvanizing. The conductive part of the copper pipe is a soft connection type; the middle contact is a "handshake" type self-reliant; the spring external pressure type has no current through; the isolation switch has only one contact point in the middle, and the rest are fixed with the soft connection. A new contact structure is adopted to fix one end of the contact plate with the contact base. The contact pressure is generated by the deformation of the contact plate and the spring so that the sliding contact at the end of the contact finger is changed to a fixed contact, and the conductive reliability is improved. The contact spring is changed to the external type to avoid the spring split and increase the magnetic lock plate, improving the dynamic and thermal stability. The rotating part is equipped with a self-lubricating sleeve; no grease is required. The main terminal is flat type. When the current class is 630A, the surface of the conductive part is tinned; When the current class is 1250A-4000A, the surface of the conductive part is plated with silver. The top and bottom caps of the porcelain parts are hot-dip galvanized to prevent rust, and the porcelain parts with different climbing distances can be selected according to the different pollution levels of the regions. In the manufacturing process according to the positive difference control, the nominal value is higher than the standard value in the design of creepage distance. The switch pillar insulator has high strength density, stability, and reliability, and the formula is made of high-strength porcelain, which reduces the dispersion of product strength and increases the tensile strength of the product. The structural design has a large strength reservation degree for the product, so that the product can ensure stability and reliability in operation.

Normal operating environment

The isolation switch showcases a cutting-edge design with its double guan-open and contact turn-in structure, which not only enables automatic cleaning of contacts but also significantly enhances contact reliability. The isolation switch is designed with your convenience in mind. The contacts are made of new materials with high strength, high conductivity, and high elasticity. By clamping the contact with the elastic force of the contact finger itself, the vicious cycle of decreasing the clamping force of the contact, increasing the contact resistance, and aggravating the heat caused by spring rust and heat annealing is avoided. The rotating part of the isolation switch is designed to be maintenance-free, saving you time and effort. The rotating seat, designed as a sealed structure, prevents water vapor, dust, and harmful gases from entering. This ensures that the bearing, lithium molybdenum disulfide lithium grease, will always work in a good environment, the bearing will never rust, the grease can not be lost, never dry, so that the operating torque of the isolation switch will not increase after long-term operation. Stainless steel shaft pin and oil-free self-lubricating bearing matching structure. The steel parts are hot-dip galvanized to ensure that the isolation switch is flexible, lightweight, reliable, and never rusted.

Service and Installation Conditions

1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m;

2.The ambient air temperature:Maximum +40℃;Minimum:General Area -30℃,Paramos -40℃;

3. The wind pressure does not exceed 700Pa. (corresponding to 34m/s wind speed);

4. The earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees;

5. The working situation is without frequent violent vibration;

6. The installation site of an ordinary type isolator should be kept away  from  gas, smoke  chemical  deposition, salt-spray  fog, dust

and other explosive and corrosive matters that seriously affect the insulation and conduction capability of the isolator.

7. Pollution-proof type isolator is applied to severe filthy conduction areas. However,  there shouldn't be any explosive matters and matters causing a fire.
